  1. 期間：個人資料蒐集之特定目的存續期間、依相關法令規定或契約約定之保存期間或本公司因執行職務或業務所必須之保存期間（以期限最長者為準）。
  2. 對象：本公司、本集團所屬公司、本公司或本集團所屬公司之業務合作夥伴或承包商。
  3. 地區：前揭個人資料利用對象之所在地且該地非屬主管機關禁止國際傳輸之地區。

七、個人資料當事人得行使之權利其及程序

  1. 除有個資法第十條所定之例外情形外，您得向本公司查詢、請求閱覽或請求製給複製本。但本公司依個資法第十四條規定，得酌收必要成本費用。
  2. 您得向本公司請求補充或更正您的個人資料。但依個資法施行細則第十九條規定，您應適當釋明其原因及事實。
  3. 本公司如有違反個資法規定蒐集、處理或利用您的個人資料時，依個資法第十一條第四項規定，您得向本公司請求停止蒐集。
  4. 依個資法第十一條第二項規定，個人資料正確性有爭議時，您得向本公司請求停止處理、利用或限制處理您的個人資料。但本公司因執行業務所必須且註明其爭議或經您書面同意者，不在此限。
  5. 依個資法第十一條第三項規定，個人資料蒐集之特定目的消失或期限屆滿時，您得向本公司請求刪除、停止處理、利用或限制處理您的個人資料。但依該項但書規定，本公司因執行業務所必須或經您書面同意者，不在此限。

You can decide whether or not to provide us with relevant personal data. However, if you choose not to provide the necessary personal data, the Company will not be able to carry out the necessary verification and other related procedures. Furthermore, the Website is governed by the laws of Taiwan. Visitors to the Website should be aware that the laws of Taiwan may differ from those in their country of residence. 2. Categories of Personal Data Collected

The Company may obtain your personal data from you, the Group Companies, the Company’s business partners, or other third parties. Such data may include (in whole or in part) personal information that can directly or indirectly identify you, such as: name, telephone number, mobile phone number, mailing or contact address, photograph, email address, and specific technical information collected when you access the Website or its mobile application (App), such as IP address, Cookie ID and its content, unique identifiers, domain name, device information, access time, browser type, language settings, geographic location, operating system, server logs, web search/browsing/click records, usage patterns and information — or any other data that may identify the data subject.

3. Duration, region, subject, and methods of use of personal data

(1) Duration: duration for the specific purposes of collection of personal data, retention period specified in relevant laws and regulations or contracts, or retention period required by the Company for the performance of duties or business operations (whichever is longer).
(2) Subject: the Company, the Group companies, business partners or subcontractors of the Company or the Group companies.
(3) Region: the location of the intended subjects of the use of personal data mentioned above , and such location is not in an area where international transfer is prohibited by the competent authority.
(4) Method: In compliance with relevant personal data protection laws, through automated machinery or other non-automated methods of use.

4. Provision to Third Parties

For the purposes of collection, and in compliance with the PDPA and other applicable laws and regulations, the Company may provide your personal data to the Group Companies, or to third parties such as business partners or contractors of the Company or the Group Companies. If the region in which the recipient is located is subject to international transfer restrictions imposed by the competent authority, the Company will handle such transfer in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

5. Appropriate security measures

(1) To prevent unauthorized access, alteration, damage, loss, or leakage of personal data, the Company shall implement appropriate security measures in accordance with the PDPA and relevant laws and regulations.
(2) Based on operational needs, the Company authorizes only personnel who have received relevant training and are required to access such data in the course of performing their duties to view your personal data.

6. Consultation and inquiry on personal data

In accordance with Articles 3 and 11 of the PDPA, you may exercise your rights regarding the personal data held by the Company as provided by law. If you wish to exercise such rights or have any inquiries concerning the collection, processing, or use of personal data, please contact the Company through the “Contact Us” page on the Website. The Company will respond within a reasonable period upon receipt of your request and provide the necessary assistance.

7. Rights and procedures that data subjects may exercise8. Amendment to this Policy

(1) Except for the exceptions specified in Article 10 of the PDPA, you may inquire, request access, or request copies from the Company. However, the Company may charge necessary costs in accordance with Article 14 of the PDPA.
(2) You may request the Company to supplement or correct your personal data. However, according to Article 19 of the Enforcement Rules of the PDPA, you are required to provide an adequate explanation of reasons and facts.
(3) If the Company violates the regulations of the PDPA when collecting, processing, or using your personal data, according to Paragraph 4, Article 11 of the PDPA, you may request the Company to cease the collection of personal data.
(4) According to Paragraph 2, Article 11 of the PDPA, in the event of a dispute regarding the accuracy of personal data, you may request the Company to cease processing or using, or to limit the processing of your personal data. However, this does not apply to cases when it is necessary for the performance of the Company’s business operations and the dispute has been indicated, or with your written consent.
(5) According to Paragraph 3, Article 11 of the PDPA, when the specific purpose of data collection no longer exists, or upon expiration of the relevant period, you may request our company to delete, cease processing or using, or restrict the processing of your personal data. However, according to the proviso of the above clause, the Company is not subject to this limitation when it is necessary for business operations or with your written consent.
(6) If you wish to exercise any of the above-mentioned rights, please contact the Company through the “Contact Us” page on the Website. The Company will respond and provide assistance within a reasonable period upon receipt of your request.

8. Amendment to this Policy
